Methodological Challenges in the Systematic Analysis of Developmental Processes in Modern Sociological Research

The study examines the methodological challenges in the systematic analysis of developmental processes in post-Soviet countries, focusing on the relationship between government expenditure on social policies, education spending, and poverty reduction efforts with the Social Development Index (SDI). These countries, emerging from the collapse of the Soviet Union, have undergone significant political, economic, and social reforms. However, evaluating the effectiveness of these reforms remains a challenge due to the complexity of socio-economic development. Through a quasi-experimental design, the research analyzes data from 15 sociological projects across five post-Soviet countries: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, and Georgia. The study uses regression analysis to assess the impact of social policies on SDI. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between government expenditure on social policy and SDI, as well as between education spending and SDI, while poverty reduction showed no significant statistical effect.The results provide important insights into the effectiveness of social policy interventions and highlight the need for a multi-faceted approach to socio-economic development in post-Soviet countries. This research also emphasizes the methodological challenges of sociological research, particularly in terms of balancing qualitative and quantitative methods, and offers a framework for future studies on social development.

The article highlights the necessity of using digital technologies in the process of utilizing banking marketing services in Uzbekistan. In today’s era of digital transformation, customers increasingly rely on digital channels to obtain complete and accurate information about banking products offered by commercial banks. In this context, the purpose of the article is to study innovative modern methods of bank marketing under conditions of digital transformation, further develop them, and improve ways to increase the accessibility and popularity of banking services. Within the scope of this article, the author examines contemporary methods of bank marketing in the context of digital transformation, explores ways to further develop them, and addresses issues related to enhancing the popularity of banking services. As a result of the conducted research, practical proposals and scientific recommendations have been developed regarding the necessity of using digital technologies in the process of utilizing banking marketing services in Uzbekistan.

Special attention is given to how painting supports cultural continuity while encouraging modern artistic experimentation.

The research concludes that systematic integration of painting practices in visual arts instruction enhances both individual creativity and collective appreciation of national heritage, thereby strengthening the overall effectiveness and relevance of art education in contemporary Uzbekistan.
