The study highlights the positive and negative aspects arising from the introduction of AI technologies. In particular, increased production efficiency through automation, reduced costs, and improved product quality are considered as the main advantages. At the same time, the reduction of low-skilled jobs, increased structural changes in the labor market, and increased demand for new skills are analyzed as important problems. The results of the study show that artificial intelligence, while being a factor accelerating economic growth, requires improving human capital development and retraining systems. The article proposes innovative approaches and strategies to ensure sustainable development in modern conditions.
2026-06-12T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 https://journal.univerpublishing.org/index.php/synergy/article/view/3563 The Importance of Quality and Modern Infrastructure in Ensuring Sustainable Regional Development 2026-06-12T11:35:20+00:00 Aliyev Akmal [email protected] Rustamov Borikhon [email protected]
Persistent disparities between regions represent one of the most intractable obstacles to balanced national development, and the quality of infrastructure has come to be recognised as a decisive factor in their reduction. This article examines the role of high-quality and modern infrastructure in ensuring the sustainable development of regions. On the basis of a systematic review and comparative analysis of the scholarly and policy literature, the study clarifies the concept of sustainable regional development, proposes a working definition of “quality and modern” infrastructure, and reconstructs the principal channels through which infrastructure influences regional economic, social and environmental outcomes. The results show that infrastructure affects regional development not merely through its physical availability but, more importantly, through its quality dimensions – reliability, accessibility, efficiency, resilience and environmental compatibility – and through the integration of digital and “smart” elements. The analysis identifies agglomeration effects, reductions in transaction and transport costs, and the expansion of access to social services as the main transmission mechanisms, while underinvestment, weak maintenance and uneven spatial distribution are found to be the principal barriers. The article concludes that the transition from a quantitative to a qualitative understanding of infrastructure is essential for sustainable regional development, with particular relevance for the regional policy of Uzbekistan.
2026-06-11T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 https://journal.univerpublishing.org/index.php/synergy/article/view/3564 The Pillars of Determining Information Credibility 2026-06-13T10:37:06+00:00 Aisha Adhamjonovna Ro‘yiddinova [email protected]
This article analyses the issues of determining the credibility of information in the contemporary digital information environment. It examines the importance of reliable information in the context of the growth of global information flows, the popularisation of social networks, and the widespread dissemination of such phenomena as disinformation, misinformation and malinformation in shaping public opinion. In the course of the study, theoretical approaches to assessing the credibility of information are examined, and on the basis of international experience and fact-checking practices, five pillars of information verification are proposed. These are: assessing the credibility of the source, cross-checking through independent sources, verification of visual content, distinguishing fact from opinion, and verification of statistical and empirical data. The findings of the research contribute to strengthening the role of reliable information in shaping public opinion, ensuring information security, and improving the effectiveness of institutional communication.
2026-06-13T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Web of Synergy: International Interdisciplinary Research Journal https://journal.univerpublishing.org/index.php/synergy/article/view/3571 Problems of Managing Gold and Foreign Exchange Reserves and External Debt 2026-06-19T03:04:00+00:00 J. The study investigates the structural, syntactic, and semantic properties of simple sentences with a single predicative center, examining how each language encodes subject-predicate relationships, tense, modality, and semantic roles. The research employs a descriptive-comparative methodology drawing on representative corpus examples from both languages. The findings demonstrate that while German MPCs are characterized by strict V2 word order, inflectional morphology, and overt copula use in nominal predication, Uzbek MPCs exhibit agglutinative verb agreement, flexible topic-prominent word order (SOV), and frequent copula ellipsis. At the semantic level, both languages encode identical logical propositions through divergent grammatical means. The article identifies six structural types of MPCs in each language, provides parallel syntactic trees, and analyzes semantic role assignment. The results contribute to typological linguistics and have implications for bilingual pedagogy and translation theory.

2026-06-24T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Web of Synergy: International Interdisciplinary Research Journal
