Abstract

This article examines modern trends in the modernization of credit products of commercial banks for individuals. The main directions of retail lending transformation are considered and analyzed, including the use of scoring systems and artificial intelligence technologies. Based on the results of the study, proposals for the further modernization of credit products of commercial banks have been formulated.
