Abstract

This article examines digital financial inclusion across three contrasting Asian economies — China, Japan, and Uzbekistan. It analyzes the opportunities and limitations of mobile banking and fintech development, addresses criticisms of cashless transitions, and proposes policy recommendations for achieving equitable financial access across urban and rural populations
