Abstract

Currently, there are many problems waiting to be solved in the sport of handball. Among the tasks of planning the training of handball players of different ages and skills in many types of training, issues of psychological training, issues of tibiiy-biological examination, issues of organizing functional training of handball players of different skills, issues of technical and tactical training are also an urgent issue.
