Methodology for Developing Reading and Writing Skills of Primary School Students

This article highlights the pedagogical and methodological foundations for developing reading and writing skills of primary school students. During the research, the significance of modern approaches to literacy instruction, interactive teaching methods, innovative technologies, and competency-based education principles in the process of primary education was scientifically analyzed. In addition, methodological approaches aimed at developing students’ fluent reading, conscious comprehension, independent thinking, and written speech were described. The article also discusses the enhancement of students’ intellectual potential, communicative competence, and creative thinking abilities through the development of reading and writing skills within the primary education system.
