Abstract

The predominant role of endobronchial diagnostic methods (brash biopsy and bronchoalveolar lavage) in the detection of viral and bacterial pathogens in the formation and maintenance of chronic inflammation at the level of small bronchi in patients with acute protracted bronchitis has been confirmed.
