Abstract

In order to identify the clinical and functional features of the combined course of bronchial asthma (BA) and arterial hypertension (AH), 90 patients with AH were examined. 60 of them were diagnosed with asthma of varying severity. All patients underwent daily monitoring of blood pressure (SMAD), spirography, echocardiographic examination (EchoCG). The results of the work indicate the presence of pronounced pathological changes in blood pressure (BP), external respiration function (FVD), as well as functional and geometric indicators of heart activity in the group of elderly patients with AD.
